These terms cover DT OS, the internal platform Double Tap uses to manage brand partnership deals with the creators we work with. They explain who operates it, who it is for, and what creators and brands who interact with it should expect.
Who we are
DT OS is operated by A2O Talent Management SL, trading as Double Tap, based in Barcelona, Spain.
What DT OS is
DT OS is an internal platform for Double Tap's own team. It is not a public service, and it is not offered to creators or brands as a product in its own right.
Creators who connect Instagram
If you connect your Instagram account through a link we send you, DT OS gets read only access to your account's insights and basic profile information. We use this only to report on your performance and on campaigns you take part in. You can disconnect your account at any time. Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Brands who receive a report link
If you receive a link to a campaign report, that report is confidential to you. The figures in it come directly from the relevant platforms, and may differ slightly from what you see in each platform's own app.
